Vineyard surface: 1,5 hectares

Winemaking: Traditional red vinification. Fermentation and maceration in stainless steel vats for 7 days, with pump-over and daily fillings at controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Ageing for 24 months in Slavonian oak barrels of 25 HL and 1 year at least in the bottle

Food pairings: Wine suitable for an important dinner, perfect with roasted meat, game and aged cheeses

Recommended serving temperature: 60°F
